![]() ![]() Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I do not believe this is account related because the users having issues logging into the app can login through the web portal. We are using Azure and I believe our company has rolled out the account change globally at this point. If you get to the password input screen, the non-US employees will input their password and then the screen will cycle and take them back to the initial email request screen when you first launch the app. You put in your work email address in the initial email address field, then it will either cycle for a few seconds and immediately reload the same page you were just on or it will take you into the federated account page where it will ask for password input. The login issues are varied but all end the same way I am not sure if it is coincidence or not, but that is the only consistency I have seen in regards to this. To unlock Android pattern password, the tool which is required here is dr.fone - Screen Unlock (Android). ![]() this has not been the case and that it is only happening on Android so far. dr.fone - Best Way to Disable Pattern Password on Android. The issues are somewhat inconsistent, the only discernable pattern that we have noticed has been that users within the United States are able to login to our federated service, but outside of the U.S. We are having issues at our company in regards to logging into the mobile app. ![]()
